Body building, free body (a kind of gymnastics), martial arts, street ball, volleyball, free climbing, roller and street hockey, spin training and swimming, are only some of the activities which are on offer in this centre. Members can choose amongst a huge number of disciplines. It also has the advantage of a parking area and being open on the weekends.
