This is the perfect club to get back into shape at any age. There is a range of tiring activities to choose from such as body building and circuit training with computerised equipment and personalised programmes which are always followed by an Isef instructor. There are also motor activities to music, such as aerobics, step, tone up, spinning and slide as well as yoga, dance jazz, funk and latin american. You can also swim here or do water aerobics in a covered or open air pool, or even take squash or climbing lessons or relax with a sauna, a massage or in the solarium.
